Intro to soil care & garden beds: Soil demo & forest walks. Interactive exploration and simulation
Putting soil stewardship knowledge into practice, participate in seasonal bed preparation, planting, cultivation of veggies, fruit, and making compost
Harvest and share! Reflect on the day’s learning over some shared harvest (fresh teas and light snacks)
No experience needed - beginner friendly
This is a hands-on activity (expect to get a little dirty)
Weather-appropriate clothing recommended
